You’ll be the linchpin who ensures pleadings go out spotless, discovery comes in complete, and clients never feel lost in the process.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Draft &amp; File Pleadings:</strong> Complaints, answers, motions, and proposed orders that make opposing counsel wish for early retirement.</li> <li><strong>Master Discovery:</strong> Prepare interrogatories, requests for admission/production, and track responses like a hawk.</li> <li><strong>Legal Research:</strong> Pin down statutes, case law, and procedural rules to bullet-proof pleadings.</li> <li><strong>Client Interface:</strong> Field routine questions, gather documents, and schedule attorney calls with warmth and clarity.</li> <li><strong>Case-Load Management:</strong> Shepherd up to 300 active files through deadlines, hearings, and settlement checkpoints.</li> <li><strong>Attorney Collaboration:</strong> Deliver concise case updates and flag issues before they become court-room embarrassments.</li> <li><strong>Record Organization:</strong> Maintain impeccable digital and physical files, yes, even during the temporary remote stint while our office renovation wraps (target July/August).</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp; 1+ year in probate, estate planning, or comparable legal setting preferred.
