<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This role will wo</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">rk as a floater in our office, training and supporting several attorneys and case staff on rotation. This position trains for an eventual move to a highly sought Case Manager position.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Responsibilities</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Shadow </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Case Managers </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Order medical records from providers</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carries</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Investigate the nature and facts of cases</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Learn to negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with providers</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each case</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Qualification</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">High school diploma or GED</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or Support Role preferably in a law firm setting or in a corporate legal department</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate attention to detail with a great attitude</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Willingness to learn and work with multiple employees within our organization</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Extensive expertise in computer programs, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and type no less than 35 wpm</span></li>
<li><strong>This role is on-site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team. We’ve found that being in the office helps new team members get up to speed quickly and feel more connected.</strong></li>
