Work model: 5 days per week from office in Wroclaw for onboarding and initial collaboration, after which a hybrid model will be followed
YOUR ROLE:
In your role as a Cash Collection Specialist, you will manage customer accounts to ensure the timely collection of outstanding receivables while maintaining positive relationships. You will proactively monitor accounts, contact customers to secure payments, and support dispute resolution process by collaborating with Sales and Customer Service.
Additionally, you will evaluate payment behaviors to make informed decisions on order releases and credit blocks. By investigating payment differences and maintaining accurate records, your work will directly improves our Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and supports essential financial controls. You will also have opportunities for growth by contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives within our Invoice-to-Cash operations.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 1 to 3 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Collection with a University degree.
- Multilingual capabilities required for support across EU markets; communication in English and at least one European language is necessary for daily tasks
- Hands-on experience using ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with strict attention to detail for resolving complex payment differences.
- Proven ability to confidently manage order releases and credit blocks within defined financial policies.
- Prior experience in accounting processes or working within a process transition environment is highly desirable.
