Casino Banker - Casino Cashiering - Full Time

About the Role

The Casino Banker is responsible for all Cage Bank activities during assigned shifts.

Position Responsibilities

• Receives and accounts for all funds turned into the Main Bank from all departments, the Chip Bank to and from table games, and the check (marker bank) as necessary.
• Maintains accountability for the Cage Operations Department including meeting all necessary deposits, net win, impress level, etc.
• Completes all required paperwork, money exchanges, bag redemptions, buys multiple drops from the Countroom, prepares cassettes for the NRT machines, etc.
• Maintains a high level of integrity to protect and safeguard the company’s assets and funds.
• May be asked to perform Casino Cashiering functions if necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and varied hours.
• Must have manual dexterity to allow for inputting of data into computer software and be capable of viewing computer monitors for extended periods of time

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand)
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of cash handling experience is required.
• Strong math skills required.
• Some banking or accounting experience is preferred.
