We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.</p></div><div>Key Responsibilities</div> <ul> <li>Team Leadership &amp; Development:&nbsp;Directly manage and mentor a team consisting of one Team Lead and five compliance/QA specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring clear alignment with departmental goals.</li> <li>New Market Scoping &amp; Commercial Support:&nbsp;Lead the compliance scoping for new market entries, establishing foundational operating procedures and actively supporting the Commercial team to ensure business expansion aligns seamlessly with regulatory constraints.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Operations Link:&nbsp;Serve as the primary liaison between Casino Operations and the QA department to guarantee seamless communication and workflow alignment.</li> <li>Game Certification &amp; Deployment:&nbsp;Oversee the end-to-end go-live process for casino games, ensuring that all live content is fully certified, tested, and strictly adheres to the specific license requirements of each regulated market.</li> <li>GSP Safeguarding &amp; Risk Management:&nbsp;Develop, implement, and maintain robust safeguards and operational processes to protect the business against Game Service Provider (GSP) technical failures, downtime, or compliance shortcomings.</li> <li>Incident Investigation &amp; Mitigation:&nbsp;Lead deep-dive investigations into compliance breaches, GSP incidents, or technical failures. Support the wider business by managing player compensation calculations and drafting formal mitigation requests or incident reports for regulatory bodies.</li> <li>QA Process Improvements:&nbsp;Continuously evaluate and optimize Quality Assurance workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategic improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in game testing.</li> <li>Market Process &amp; Governance:&nbsp;Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks across all operational markets to ensure the business remains agile and compliant with rapidly changing multi-jurisdictional regulations.</li> <li>Casino Compliance Portal Ownership:&nbsp;Lead the strategic building, ongoing development, and daily ownership of the internal Compliance Portal, ensuring it serves as a reliable, centralised source of truth for certifications, market rules, and QA tracking.</li> <li>Stakeholder Reporting:&nbsp;Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and compliance health checks to the Head of Regulated Casino and the VP Casino.</li> <li>Continuous Technology Review:&nbsp;Regularly evaluate existing compliance software and systems to ensure they remain effective and aligned with evolving industry standards.</li> <li>Automation Implementation:&nbsp;Identify and automate repetitive manual compliance tasks to reduce human error, enhance data accuracy, and improve operational productivity.</li> <li>Process Optimization:&nbsp;Conduct regular gap analyses to identify opportunities for control improvements and "bake" compliance requirements directly into new digital products or workflows.</li> <li>Data-Driven Oversight:&nbsp;Leverage advanced data analytics and AI tools to monitor for anomalies, detect potential fraud, and maintain a state of continuous compliance.</li> </ul> <div><br><br>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</div> <ul> <li>Experience:&nbsp;Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, technical compliance, or QA, with proven experience managing and structuring teams.</li> <li>Regulatory Knowledge:&nbsp;Deep understanding of global iGaming technical standards, game certification processes (e.g., GLI standards), and multi-market licensing requirements.</li> <li>Commercial Acumen:&nbsp;Ability to balance strict regulatory requirements with commercial business objectives, particularly during new market scoping and launch phases.</li> <li>Crisis Management:&nbsp;Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience investigating technical breaches, managing GSP outages, and handling regulatory mitigation or player compensation processes.</li> <li>Process Optimisation:&nbsp;Demonstrated success in mapping, analysing, and improving operational or QA workflows.</li> <li>Technical Aptitude:&nbsp;Experience overseeing or contributing to the development of internal tools, databases, or portals.</li> <li>Project Management:&nbsp;Strong organisational skills with the ability to govern multiple market rollouts and game releases simultaneously.</li> <li>Communication:&nbsp;Exceptional ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable operational steps for QA, Commercial, and Casino Ops teams.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Bold moves start here.
