<li>Quality Assurance & Testing:<br><br></li>
<ul>
<li>Conduct functional, usability, and regression testing for new game launches and platform updates.</li>
<li>Identify, report, and track bugs and performance issues across casino products.</li>
<li>Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure swift resolution of defects.</li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive test cases and documentation.</li>
</ul>
<li>Operational Coordination:<br><br></li>
<ul>
<li>Act as the central point of contact between QA, Development, and Operations teams.</li>
<li>Oversee the deployment schedule and ensure smooth rollouts of new features and games.</li>
<li>Monitor live operations to ensure a bug-free player experience.</li>
<li>Analyze game performance, player engagement trends, and report actionable insights to stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<li>Stakeholder Management:<br><br></li>
<ul>
<li>Support the Casino Executive team in operational planning and reporting.</li>
<li>Coordinate communication and updates for internal stakeholders regarding product releases and operational issues.</li>
<li>Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.</li>
</ul>
<li>Continuous Improvement:<br><br></li>
<ul>
<li>Identify areas for process improvement in both QA and operational workflows.</li>
<li>Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Requirements:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Casino QA, Operations, or similar roles within iGaming.</li>
<li>Skills:</li>
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of online casino products, platforms, and market trends.</li>
<li>Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies.</li>
</ul>
<li>Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li>
