About the role

<p><strong>Job purpose:</strong><br>As a Marketing Key Account Manager (MKAM) at aCommerce, you will lead strategic paid media planning and&nbsp;execution for top e-commerce clients across Southeast Asia. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that integrated&nbsp;campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other online media effectively drive traffic,&nbsp;conversions, and revenue growth.<br><br>You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams—including paid media, SEO, CRM, platform&nbsp;specialists, and other key stakeholders—overseeing campaign performance, aligning execution with client KPIs such&nbsp;as GMV and ROAS, and providing strategic insights that drive business impact.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:<br></strong><br><strong>Client Management</strong><br>● Serve as the key strategic contact for assigned e-commerce clients.<br>● Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable digital marketing plans.<br>● Lead client communications and performance reviews.<br>● Provide clear briefs and direction to internal teams.<br>● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.<br><br><strong>Campaign &amp; Project Coordination</strong><br>● Oversee and manage the execution of campaigns across various platforms.<br>● Collaborate with internal teams including media planners, creatives, SEO, CRM, and marketplace&nbsp;specialists.<br>● Ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.<br>● Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with overall strategy.<br><br><strong>Media, SEO &amp; CRM Collaboration</strong><br>● Coordinate with MPS (Media Planning Specialist) to develop strategic media plans.<br>● Review and ensure the completeness and quality of media plans before presentation to clients.<br>● Ensure SEO and CRM initiatives are aligned with overall campaign objectives.<br>● Facilitate integration of media, SEO, and CRM efforts to drive performance.<br><br><strong>Platform Expertise &amp; Strategy</strong><br>● Leverage platform-specific knowledge across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other online&nbsp;media<br>● Advise clients on platform trends, ad formats, and marketplace best practices.<br>● Guide optimization strategies to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer engagement.<br><br><strong>Reporting &amp; Analysis</strong><br>● Review and consolidate campaign performance data and reports.<br>● Analyze metrics such as GMV, ROAS, CTR, and CPC to derive actionable insights.<br>● Present reports and strategic recommendations to clients.<br>● Use data to inform future media planning and creative direction.<br><br><strong>Key Requirements:</strong><br>● Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.<br>● 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or performance marketing (e-commerce or&nbsp;agency background preferred).<br>● Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of account&nbsp;managers or specialists. Experience in workload management, coaching junior talent, and fostering a&nbsp;high-performance culture.<br>● Strategic Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence internal cross-functional teams (Media, SEO,&nbsp;CRM) and lead high-level discussions with C-suite or Brand Lead clients.<br>● Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to leverage data for decision-making and translate complex metrics into&nbsp;executive-level narratives.<br>● Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of online media platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok,&nbsp;Shopee, and Lazada.<br>● Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously under&nbsp;tight deadlines.<br>● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex strategies&nbsp;clearly.<br>● Technical Proficiency: High command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</p>
