About the role
ISS International SpA is looking for Category Specialist in Qatar to involve in Fertilizer Project.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) will be added as an advantage.
3–5 years direct and relevant experience.
JOB PURPOSE
Support the Head of Category in executing category strategies, lead complex sourcing projects, and manage supplier relationships for assigned categories.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Awareness of Client Integrated Management Systems (Quality; Environment; Occupational Health & Safety; Responsible Care; & Energy Management Systems; and IFA Product Stewardship)
Comply with all the relevant policies and procedures of Client Integrated Management Systems.
Procurement Operations & Transactional Support
Conduct daily procurement operations: prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, issue POs, and follow up with suppliers.
Support implementation of category strategies and sourcing projects.
