RECENT CDL A GRAD TRAINEE SOLO DRYVAN TRUCK DRIVER - Eastern Regional Fleet Richmond, VA

• Accepting CDL-A holders with no experience and 120 hours in a CDL School.
• Paid training with Ride-along/trainer support.
• If a Driver completed school and training with another company and did not have any moving violations or preventable accidents during the time they have held a CDL, they can participate in a modified training program with a mentor.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Must have held a regular US driver’s license for the last 12 consecutive months.

Job Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200
• Miles: ~2,500 per week
• Home Time: Out 2 weeks
• Freight Type: Dry van (no-touch freight)
• Shifts: Both Day/night
• Coverage Area: Load runs within the eastern planning zones; loads typically do not go west of the Mississippi River

Disqualifications

• SAP program drivers not eligible
• Must pass hair follicle drug test
• No DUI/DWI convictions
• Clean criminal background required
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No speeding tickets 15+ mph over the limit in the last 12 months
• No employment gaps of 1 year or more in the past 7 years (unless verifiable schooling or self-employment)
