The ideal candidate has experience transporting heavy equipment, materials, and machinery to and from job sites, and is familiar with DOT regulations and job site protocols.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operate and maintain Class A or B commercial vehicles (e.g., dump trucks, lowboys, flatbeds) to transport construction materials and equipment.</li> <li>Load and unload materials and equipment safely and efficiently.</li> <li>Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulations.</li> <li>Collaborate with field crews and project managers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.</li> <li>Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Valid <strong>CDL Class A or B</strong> license (Class A preferred).
