<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead the optimization and development of cell process</p>
</li>
<li>Write DFMEA and PFMEA for new products</li>
<li>
<p>Experience in improvement projects</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Make SPC and CPK analysis</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiar with and have the ability of preparing PFMEA, CP, WI and SOP</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrochemistry or related battery</p>
</li>
<li>5 years of experience in cell research and development process</li>
<li>
<p>Good at DOE design</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiar with PFMEA&DFMEA</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiar with battery performance testing and verification</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>6 Sigma Green belt or above is preferred</p>
</li>
