<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Responsible for the design and development of lithium metal cells, sample trial production verification, performance evaluation, and realization of the company's product development goals</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for cell sample preparation follow-up, test communication, performance anomaly and failure analysis</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for the documentation from the development of new cell products to mass production</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for following up power cell customer projects, decomposing customer needs, communicating and discussing client technology, and managing project technical progress</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Master’s degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanics, etc., experience in lithium-ion battery, solid state battery is preferred</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>More than 5 years of power cell project development experience, leading or participating in the development of more than one power cell project</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiar with the design or research and development of lithium-ion cell and solid cell</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Fluency in English</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Good team communication skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Project management experience or ability is preferred</p>
</li>
