<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Participated in customer projects of power cell and promoted the development of customer projects</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for preparation and follow-up of power cell samples, testing and communication, etc</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for sorting out sample production data, test data, and writing technical reports and customer reports</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Master’s degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanics, etc., experience in lithium-ion battery, solid state battery is preferred</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>More than 2 years of power cell project development experience, participate in the development of more than one power cell project; accept outstanding graduates</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiar with the design or research and development of lithium-ion cell and solid cell</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Fluency in English</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Good team communication skills</p>
</li>
<li>Project management experience or ability is preferred</li>
</ul>
