This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Barcelona (on-site)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong data-start="716" data-end="729">Contract:</strong>Regular— part-time (approx. 20h/week). Possibility to negotiate to full time or 30h/ week contract</p> <p><strong>Remuneration:&nbsp;</strong>Fixed monthly reimbursement plus a performance-based commission on revenues.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Part time: 10.000 € gross/ annually + 4% Gross profit of the centre</li> <li>30h/w: 14.000 € gross/ annually + 4% Gross profit of the centre</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your Role in Our Mission</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets</li> <li>Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment</li> <li>Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services</li> <li>Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction</li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results</li> <li>Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors</li> <li>Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Will Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and make things happen</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and guide your local team</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both <strong>Spanish, Catalá &amp; English</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding educational experiences</p> </li> <li> <p>Analytical thinking to track KPIs and turn data into actions and improvements</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Openness Statement </strong></p> <p>We value your unique skills and passion.
