<p>Are you ready to build something from the ground up and shape the future of education locally?<br>We’re launching our very first <strong>GoStudent Tuition Centers</strong> in <strong>Milan </strong>— and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Milan (on-site)</p>
<p><strong data-start="716" data-end="729">Contract:</strong> Fixed Term— part-time (approx. 20h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base plus a performance-based commission on revenues</p>

<p><strong>Your Role in Our Mission</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market</p>
</li>
</ul>
