As a <strong>CNA</strong>, you will play an important role in monitoring vital signs, fostering meaningful connections with residents, and championing their overall well-being. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others!</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Ensure resident care is the best it can be by following the care plan.</li> <li>Get to know our residents by sharing stories with them while providing comfort, transportation, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living needs.</li> <li>Contribute to community harmony by providing emotional and social support to residents.</li> <li>Help residents with personal hygiene, such as providing bedpans and helping them bathe.</li> <li>Safely lift and reposition residents as necessary.</li> <li>Provide adjunct patient care as needed.</li> <li>Have an eagle eye and taking notice when resident behaviors change and letting shift leaders know.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED.</li> <li>Current Texas Nurse Aide Certification.</li> <li>Current CPR Certification.</li> <li>Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.</li> <li>Working knowledge of basic health care practices and procedures, including infection control.</li> <li>Requires ability to read, write and understand business documents which are written in English.</li> <li>Requires ability to communicate verbally with residents, families, visitors and co-workers.
