You are empathetic and familiar with how to deal with sensitive conversations around weight loss and life-changing habits.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This role is a 1099 Contract position</strong></p> <p><strong>Comp | Perks | Benefits&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>The base pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00 per hour**&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><em>**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.</em></p> <p><strong>What you get to do every day</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct scheduled video appointments - initial assessments, counseling sessions, and follow-ups via our internal platform</li> <li>Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized MNT plans grounded in current clinical evidence</li> <li>Provide clear, culturally sensitive nutrition education adapted for a virtual setting</li> <li>Document all encounters accurately and on time in our internal platform</li> <li>Collaborate with referring providers and care teams through secure messaging and shared records</li> <li>Monitor client progress between sessions and adjust care plans as needed</li> <li>Maintain a private, professional, home workspace for all client-facing sessions</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring to the role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active CNS license</li> <li>Licensed as a dietitian/nutritionist in your state(s) of practice; multistate licensure a</li> <li>strong plus</li> <li>1–2+ years of clinical nutrition experience in telehealth or digital health setting</li> <li>Comfortable on camera and assisting patients in a virtual environment</li> <li>Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private home office</li> <li>Organized and self-directed</li> <li>Genuine investment in your clients' outcomes</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points</strong></p> <ul> <li>Specialty credential: CDCES, CSO, CSSD, or other CDR-recognized certification</li> <li>Bilingual or multilingual</li> </ul> <p><strong>All Company policies and procedures are subject to change without notice based on business needs.
