(AOTA) or its successor organizations.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Experience</span> - minimum of two years’ experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with community/home health experience preferred.</li> <li><u>Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification</u> <ul> <li>Must be certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.</li> <li>Must possess current license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant from the State of Ohio or made application for same.</li> <li>Is eligible to take or successfully completed the entry-level certification examination for Occupational Therapy Assistants developed and administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
