team throughout daily clinic operations</li> <li data-section-id="9cszqs" data-start="804" data-end="885">Working hand and hand with our practice manager to ensure tech land is running smoothly</li> <li data-section-id="1o1dtb4" data-start="886" data-end="945">Mentoring and training newer technicians and assistants</li> <li data-section-id="1o0szfw" data-start="946" data-end="1022">Helping create efficient workflows and maintaining positive team culture</li> <li data-section-id="1yujtmk" data-start="1023" data-end="1104">Assisting veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, surgery and treatment plans</li> <li data-section-id="13hn11c" data-start="1105" data-end="1152">Monitoring anesthesia and surgical patients</li> <li data-section-id="15whaku" data-start="1153" data-end="1262">Performing blood draws, IV catheter placement, radiographs, lab work, dental procedures and nursing care</li> <li data-section-id="954z27" data-start="1263" data-end="1315">Managing hospitalized and critical care patients</li> <li data-section-id="p5odly" data-start="1410" data-end="1484">Educating pet parents and making sure they feel informed and supported</li> <li data-section-id="15vburn" data-end="2286">Graduate of an accredited Veterinary Technician program</li> <li data-section-id="e1iat6" data-start="2287" data-end="2337">VTNE completed and active credentials <strong>required</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1g78unn" data-start="2338" data-end="2381">Previous veterinary experience <strong>required</strong></li> <li data-section-id="niziwy" data-start="2382" data-end="2440">Leadership or management experience <em>strongly preferred</em></li> <li data-section-id="o3sm3r" data-start="2441" data-end="2496">Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills</li> <li data-section-id="1ywd99k" data-start="2497" data-end="2562">Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment</li> <li data-section-id="hya2ef"
