Role Overview
We are looking for a CFO to lead our financial function as we scale.
This role is critical in ensuring financial rigor, operational efficiency, and strategic support, particularly as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Build and scale a robust finance function to support company growth
• Oversee cash flow management and financial performance monitoring
• Support and lead fundraising activities (investor relations, data room, financial storytelling)
• Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team and board
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards
• Partner with leadership on scaling decisions, hiring plans, and cost management
• Manage external stakeholders (auditors, investors, advisors)

Skills required

• Proven experience in a senior finance role
• Experience in high-growth or scaling companies (startup/scale-up environment preferred)
• Strong experience supporting or leading fundraising rounds
• Solid understanding of financial modeling and key performance SaaS metrics
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Background in fintech or technology companies is a plus
