The CFO serves as the financial leader for the company, responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance, and payroll operations. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on ownership of daily controllership and financial operations. The CFO will partner closely with the Company President, and Group Finance team to ensure the business meets its financial goals, maintains strong financial discipline, and supports scalable growth. This role oversees the integrity of financial reporting, ensures compliance with US GAAP, and drives operational efficiency across accounting and finance functions.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee all accounting &amp; financial reporting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the month-end and year-end close processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; CPA or MBA preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">10–12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; Base pay for this position ranges from $200,000– $225,000, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus on top.
