<p data-start="162" data-end="661">We are seeking an experienced Change Management Expert to support the successful delivery of a strategic project within the banking or fintech sectors. The role will focus on supporting the design and implementation of structured change management interventions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in change management methodologies and a strong track record of delivering transformation initiatives preferably in banking environments.</p>

<ul>

<p data-start="1767" data-end="1855">Proven experience in change management for transformation projects preferably in the banking or fintech sectors</p>

<p data-start="2981" data-end="3073">Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders</p>
</li>

<p data-start="3187" data-end="3254">Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments</p>

<p data-start="699" data-end="809">Support the development and execution of the overall change management strategy aligned with project objectives</p>
</li>

<p data-start="812" data-end="917">Conduct stakeholder analysis and design targeted engagement plans across business and support functions</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="nunn9r" data-start="918" data-end="1004">
<p data-start="920" data-end="1004">Support in the assessment of organizational readiness for change and identify potential resistance areas</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="m8w26q" data-start="1005" data-end="1100">
<p data-start="1007" data-end="1100">Support the development and implementation of communication plans, including key messaging, channels, and timelines</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="1aqo6yu" data-start="1101" data-end="1206">
<p data-start="1103" data-end="1206">Support the design and delivery of change impact assessments, outlining implications on processes, roles, and systems</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="2p6qrn" data-start="1207" data-end="1324">
<p data-start="1209" data-end="1324">Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and HR to ensure alignment and integration of change activities</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="1ckk04z" data-start="1325" data-end="1409">
<p data-start="1327" data-end="1409">Support the design and execution of training and capability-building initiatives</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="mpt39w" data-start="1410" data-end="1510">
<p data-start="1412" data-end="1510">Monitor change adoption through defined KPIs and provide regular reporting on progress and risks</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="3q3c1q" data-start="1511" data-end="1607">
<p data-start="1513" data-end="1607">Identify and mitigate resistance through structured interventions and stakeholder management</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1610" data-end="1708">Ensure sustainability of change through reinforcement mechanisms and post-implementation support</p>
