<p class="p2">We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented <strong>Partner Sales Manager </strong>to build and scale our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and activating partners, turning them into high-performing revenue channels.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p2">You will act as the architect of Neysa’s channel success—working closely with partners in the field, driving joint go-to-market strategies, and ensuring consistent pipeline and revenue growth through partner-led initiatives.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>

<li class="li2">Build and execute regional channel capacity plans aligned with business goals<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>

<p class="p2"><strong>2. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p>

<li class="li5">Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Own the complete partner lifecycle from initial pitch to activation<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>

<li class="li6">Act as a “player-coach” by supporting partners in customer engagements<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Assist in opportunity qualification, deal strategy, and closure<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>

<p class="p2"><strong>7. Performance Management & Reviews<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p>

<li class="li3">Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and monthly syncs<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and track KPIs<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>

<p class="p2"><strong>8. Cross-Functional Collaboration<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p>

<li class="li5">Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>

<li class="li5">8–10 years of experience in Channel Sales or Partner Management<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li5">Background in IT infrastructure, cloud, or networking domains<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Strong understanding of Cloud/SaaS business models and recurring revenue<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
