Our solution is at the forefront of emerging technologies, especially AI. We develop chatbots for Erste Bank’s banking application, George, as well as internal chatbots and agents. 

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and operating customers- or employees-oriented chatbots and agents and you should be ready to learn new technologies. 

What to do:

• Contribute to the full lifecycle of conversational AI solutions across a variety of enterprise use cases - from prototyping and development to testing, deployment, and continuous optimization

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and designers to define use cases, refine requirements, and continuously

• improve chatbot experiences

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in Chatbots development

• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and reusable solutions by following internally standardized development processes and best practices

• Monitor chatbot performance using logging, tracing, and analytics tools, and proactively identify and resolve issues

• Support incident handling, debugging, and continuous improvement of existing conversational AI applications

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle

You check these boxes:

• Master’s (preferred) or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 

• Active working experience in the past few years in at least one of the following programming languages: Javascript, Python, Java 

• Experience in SQL or UX design is a plus 

• Proven recent active experience with cloud architecture, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes 

• Communication and collaboration skills 

• Very good knowledge of English

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2800,- gross per month for this full time position.
