Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul data-start="847" data-end="1612"> <li data-start="847" data-end="952"> <p data-start="849" data-end="952">Performing hands-on tasks such as sorting, cutting, deboning, trimming, and packaging chicken products.</p> </li> <li data-start="953" data-end="1051"> <p data-start="955" data-end="1051">Following safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance with all food handling regulations.</p> </li> <li data-start="1052" data-end="1104"> <p data-start="1054" data-end="1104">Keeping your work area clean, sanitized, and safe.</p> </li> <li data-start="1105" data-end="1157"> <p data-start="1107" data-end="1157">Operating equipment and tools properly and safely.</p> </li> <li data-start="1158" data-end="1237"> <p data-start="1160" data-end="1237">Inspecting products for quality and removing items that don’t meet standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="1238" data-end="1297"> <p data-start="1240" data-end="1297">Monitoring machinery and reporting any issues right away.</p> </li> <li data-start="1298" data-end="1368"> <p data-start="1300" data-end="1368">Labeling and packaging products according to company specifications.</p> </li> <li data-start="1369" data-end="1474"> <p data-start="1371" data-end="1474">Working with USDA and HACCP guidelines to ensure compliance with state and federal poultry regulations.</p> </li> <li data-start="1475" data-end="1557"> <p data-start="1477" data-end="1557">Participating in training sessions to stay current with industry best practices.</p> </li> <li data-start="1558" data-end="1612"> <p data-start="1560" data-end="1612">Supporting your team to meet daily production goals.</p> </li> </ul> <blockquote data-start="1614" data-end="1680"> <p data-start="1616" data-end="1680"><strong data-start="1616" data-end="1680">This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.</strong></p> </blockquote> <h3 data-start="1682" data-end="1699">🎓 Education:</h3> <ul data-start="1700" data-end="1750"> <li data-start="1700" data-end="1750"> <p data-start="1702" data-end="1750">High school diploma preferred, but not required.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1752" data-end="1782">🧠 What We’re Looking For:</h3> <ul data-start="1783" data-end="2188"> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1848"> <p data-start="1785" data-end="1848">Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.</p> </li> <li data-start="1849" data-end="1902"> <p data-start="1851" data-end="1902">Comfortable working in cold environments (25–50°F).</p> </li> <li data-start="1903" data-end="1989"> <p data-start="1905" data-end="1989">Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and food-handling protocols.</p> </li> <li data-start="1990" data-end="2077"> <p data-start="1992" data-end="2077">Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.</p> </li> <li data-start="2078" data-end="2124"> <p data-start="2080" data-end="2124">Team player with solid communication skills.</p> </li> <li data-start="2125" data-end="2188"> <p data-start="2127" data-end="2188">Willingness to learn and follow USDA inspection requirements.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2190" data-end="2233">🛠 Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment:</h3> <ul data-start="2234" data-end="2522"> <li data-start="2234" data-end="2288"> <p data-start="2236" data-end="2288">Regularly stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, push/pull.</p> </li> <li data-start="2289" data-end="2360"> <p data-start="2291" data-end="2360">May be exposed to feathers, dust, cold temps, and cleaning chemicals.</p> </li> <li data-start="2361" data-end="2471"> <p data-start="2363" data-end="2471">Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.</p> </li> <li data-start="2472" data-end="2522"> <p data-start="2474" data-end="2522">May handle food products that contain allergens.</p> </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <p>R.W.
