Risk Management & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee enterprise-wide risk-management programs, including incident reporting, trending, and mitigation strategies
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure consistent service excellence across programs and locations

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate may not currently hold the title of “Chief Compliance Officer”—and that is okay. We are seeking a strategic, collaborative leader who can build and scale compliance programs that support organizational growth without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

This individual brings progressive leadership experience in compliance, regulatory oversight, or quality systems, along with a strong understanding of healthcare and behavioral health regulations. They are a systems thinker and builder, capable of translating complex regulatory expectations into practical, sustainable processes that improve quality, safety, and operational consistency.

They are:

  • Highly ethical and solutions-oriented, with sound judgment and professionalism
  • Skilled in risk assessment, incident management, and corrective action planning
  • Comfortable navigating complex, high-risk, and confidential situations with objectivity and discretion
  • A trusted advisor to executive leadership, able to influence at all levels of the organization
  • A coach and collaborator who fosters a culture where compliance empowers teams rather than restricts them

Given DTAC’s multi-region footprint, this leader values visibility, presence, and engagement across sites and teams, ensuring alignment and accountability at every level.

Above all, the ideal candidate is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, safety, and quality care, ensuring the organization delivers on its mission to the individuals and communities it serves.
