About the role
cFocus Software seeks a Chief Engineer/Lead Architect to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site; in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.

- B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Demonstrated senior-level experience architecting and delivering cloud-native solutions (PaaS) and CI/CD pipelines in secure federal environments
Duties:
- Provides technical leadership and architectural direction for all development and modernization efforts.
- Defines system architectures, technical standards, and integration strategies.
- Evaluates emerging technologies and makes recommendations for technology adoption.
- Ensures architectural alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and mission objectives.
- Leads technical reviews, resolves complex technical issues, and mentors engineering staff.
- Represents technical capabilities to Government stakeholders and senior leadership.
