DTCC Manila is recruiting recent and upcoming college graduates to fill entry-level, full-time positions in business areas across our company. These positions welcome students who are interested in kick-starting their careers in the financial services industry while expanding their knowledge and involvement in the clearing and settlement business. When graduates join our company, they become part of our EDGE Program. EDGE participants make meaningful contributions within their business areas while completing training designed for their specific department. This program includes an orientation week followed by both classroom and desk-side, on-the-job training.
About the EDGE Program:
The Exploration, Development, Growth and Experience (EDGE) Program supports DTCC’s commitment to identifying and selecting diverse early career talent across the organization, ensuring you have a comprehensive understanding of our industry, our company, the technical / functional skills needed for the various business areas, and the leadership competencies needed for overall success within DTCC.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Query, analyze and present data using advanced analytics tools
- Develop income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows based on a set of assumptions
- Summarize complex analyses into key business takeaways
- On-board vendors and manage payments; reconcile payables
- Create and reconcile customer invoices and receive and apply payments against them
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and participate in month-end book close
- Contribute to development of corporate financial statements and participate in financial statement audits
- Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor, mitigate, and escalate risks
NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.
Qualifications:
- Entry Level – internship experience highly preferred
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and graduating no later than August 2026
- Candidates must have good academic standing
- Must be willing to work onsite at least 3 days a week (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee once confirmed with the business)
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and classified information.

- Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
- Must be inquisitive and not afraid of asking questions
- Must demonstrate finance, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Strong communicator, self-starter, and highly motivated
- Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

- Flexibility, inquisitiveness, and a passion for broad learning
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with analytics tools, such as PowerBI, a plus
