You’ll set the global marketing strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive profitable growth through a sharp focus on customer acquisition, retention and brand strength.</p> <p data-start="781" data-end="968">You’ll operate at pace, make clear calls, and bring a strong point of view on what drives modern beauty retail – from performance marketing and CRM to brand storytelling and
