As Chief of Staff, you'll be part of the Senior Leadership Team and work directly with the CEO on the topics that define the next chapter of the company.  The role is intentionally broad. You'll sit candidates with a different but comparable background are explicitly welcome. What matters: you think in structures, you communicate precisely (in writing and on your feet), and you operate independently without a fixed playbook. You build trust across functions quickly, from GTM and product to tech, finance, and people. And you're comfortable leading from behind, making others more effective rather than seeking the spotlight.  What comes next Chief of Staff isn't an endpoint here. After 2-3 years, moving into an operational line role (e.g., a senior position in GTM, Operations, or Strategy) is an explicit part of the path.
