The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foreign Agriculture Service will issue a global call for programs under its Food for Progress program (FFP). The FFP helps developing countries and emerging democracies modernize and strengthen their agricultural sectors. The program has two principal objectives: to improve agricultural productivity and to expand trade of agricultural products.
