About the role
- 6 to 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in strategy consulting, as well as experience in an operational or strategic role within a fast-growing startup environment (Operations Manager, Business Operations, Strategy Operations). A plus: 1+ year of entrepreneurial experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset — you simplify complexity and focus on what moves the needle.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication — you’re able to engage with both execs and teams with clarity and influence.
- Highly organized, structured, and proactive — you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
