Chief Operations Officer

We're looking for a high-impact Chief Operations Officer to drive scale, structure, and innovation across our operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Scale and structure all operational processes (People, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Partner Enablement) across the company

• Build and manage strategic partnerships in Europe and English-speaking markets (e.g., with agencies, SaaS integrators, strategic partners/investors)

• Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies together with CEO, Product, and Sales

• Implement and manage OKRs as well as continuous performance and KPI tracking

• Establish an internationally scalable, technology-driven operating model

• Oversee financial planning, fundraising preparation, and reporting to investors

Your Profile:

• Several years' experience as COO, VP Operations, Chief of Staff, or a comparable role—ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven scale-up environment

• Strong skills in strategic partnership management (B2B/Enterprise), business development, or platform ecosystems

• Proven experience in building and leading scalable teams

• Excellent analytical skills and a KPI-driven mindset

• Deep understanding of digital business models

• Fluent spoken and written English and German

• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, high degree of ownership
