Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Development
- Lead the vision and strategy for Seniorverse’s software platform, ensuring it meets the needs of adult daycare operators
- Work closely with the CTO and development team to translate customer needs into product features and enhancements
- Serve as the liaison between the development team and customers, gathering feedback and ensuring usability, functionality, and compliance
- Drive the development of future product features, including care management, billing, transportation, family portals, and integrations with other platforms
- Operational Playbooks & Consulting Services
- Develop comprehensive operating manuals and procedures for launching and managing an adult daycare center
- Conduct deep research into state and federal regulations, ensuring that adult daycare centers using Seniorverse’s tools remain compliant
- Provide guidance and training to customers on best practices for running a successful adult daycare center
- Lead efforts to build an in-house consulting team to assist with new adult daycare center launches and operational improvements
- Industry Partnerships & Government Relations
- Develop and manage partnerships with organizations that can help grow Seniorverse’s presence and connect with additional customers
- Engage with government agencies (State Medicaid Offices, State Departments of Health/Aging, CMS, USDA, etc.) to advocate for policy improvements that benefit adult daycare centers
- Build relationships with state and federal officials, representing both Seniorverse and the broader adult daycare industry
- Leadership & Growth
- Oversee the expansion of the product team, hiring and managing a team of product, regulatory, and consulting professionals
- Collaborate with the executive team to align product development with business goals and revenue growth
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry challenges, and emerging regulations to ensure Seniorverse remains an industry leader
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or similar field; equivalent industry experience will be considered
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, multifamily housing, childcare, or a related field
- Experience developing both technical and non-technical products, ideally at the intersection of software and operations
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, particularly those affecting Medicaid, elderly care, and vulnerable populations
- Proven ability to interface with government agencies and navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage teams, particularly in a high-growth or startup environment
- Experience working in a tech-enabled startup or leading product development at a software company serving regulated industries highly preferred
- Direct experience working with Medicaid, USDA programs, or other government-funded services highly preferred
- Strong public speaking, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
