<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Private Equity Insights is part of United Media (</span><a href="https://www.united-media.com/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">https://www.united-media.com/</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">) which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one. </span></p>

<p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Responsibilities in this job will vary as a reflection of the evolving business needs however, they will be mostly centred around:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Building the most progressive learning and development opportunity for team members across levels of experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Thinking progressively about how we can achieve our ambitious company goals through equipping our amazing employees with the right tools to achieve their goals.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creating development programs that empower the team to continuously overdeliver and deliver 7-star experiences across business areas. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identifying and driving synergies across business functions.</span></li>

<p><strong>What we expect from you</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are looking for experienced business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead our team. Furthermore, having a UK work permit is also a requirement. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who:</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Are well-organised and display the ability to structure and prioritise their work.</span></li>

<p>Monday - Friday we work from our office (next to Victoria Station) and do not offer remote work.</p>
