You’ll help kids build communication, independence, and confidence—and you’ll be supported every step of the way by a team that values your growth just as much as theirs.</p> <h2 data-start="1126" data-end="1154">What a Day Looks Like:</h2> <p class="" data-start="1156" data-end="1383">Being a Behavior Technician is active, hands-on, and deeply meaningful.
