About the role
At Peligoni, our focus is to inspire our younger guests to be all they can be and make the most of their holiday. This applies to our youngest guests joining us in one of our crèches, to older kids taking part in high-energy activities and our teenage guests who want to break away from mum and dad and make new friends.
We’re looking for an inspiring childcare leader who combines a genuine love of working with children with the ability to organise, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a multi-age childcare programme in a beautiful Mediterranean setting. You’ll combine leadership and training with hands-on childcare, guiding a passionate team and creating unforgettable experiences for families.
