About the role
<p>Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Home Registered Manager to join its client’s residential care team based in Leicestershire.</p>
<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage a children’s residential home</li>
<li>Create a nurturing and safe environment for children with complex needs</li>
<li>Oversee staff development and ensure compliance with care standards</li>
<li>Implement therapeutic practices including CBT and ACT</li>
<li>Promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes for young people</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role you must have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home</li>
<li>Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)</li>
<li>A Full UK Driving Licence</li>
<li>A genuine passion for helping young people flourish</li>
</ul>
