<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Liquid Personnel provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager for a well-established, family-run care to lead a brand-new children’s residential home in Derby.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate organisation that places children and young people at the heart of everything they do.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it meets Ofsted standards and provides the highest level of care and support. You’ll lead a committed team, promote a culture of warmth and professionalism, and ensure every child feels safe, valued and empowered.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Register with Ofsted and ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead and inspire a team of care professionals</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee care plans, risk assessments and behaviour strategies</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage recruitment, training and staff development</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build strong relationships with external agencies and families</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and data protection</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Promote a nurturing, structured and empowering environment</span></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications & Experience:<br><br></strong>To be successful in this role you must have, </span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential setting</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding and relevant legislation</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A genuine passion for making a difference in young lives</span></li>
