They are proud to be opening a brand-new home in Doncaster and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead this exciting new service.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and day-to-day operations of our new care home in Nottingham. You will ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, regulatory compliance is met, and a positive, nurturing environment is created for both residents and staff.<span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the commissioning and setup of the new care home, ensuring readiness for opening.</li> <li>Register with Ofsted&nbsp;as the Registered Manager.</li> <li>Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing care team.</li> <li>Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that meets individual needs and promotes dignity and independence.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.</li> <li>Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.</li> <li>NVQ Level 5 in Health &amp; Social Care (or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards this.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.</li> <li>Proven leadership and team management skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in commissioning or opening a new care home.</li> <li>Knowledge of the Nottingham area and local care landscape.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is an equal opportunities employer.
