<p style="text-align: justify;">As a Children’s Residential Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering tailored care and support to young people, helping them build resilience, develop life skills, and achieve their goals.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Create and implement individual Behaviour Support and Placement Plans</li>
<li>Support educational engagement at home and in school</li>
<li>Provide responsive care aligned with the organisation’s therapeutic model</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and liaise with families and professionals</li>
<li>Engage in team meetings, training, and service development</li>
<li>Assist with household routines and create a nurturing environment</li>
<li>Ensure safeguarding and confidentiality standards are upheld</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related field eligible for CORU registration</li>
<li>Acceptable alternative qualifications include Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, Nursing, Disability Studies, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Early Years Care, and others</li>
<li>Full, clean manual driving licence valid in Ireland</li>
<li>Knowledge of Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres</li>
<li>Experience supporting teenagers with challenging behaviour</li>
<li>Legal right to work and reside in Ireland</li>
<li>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</li>
<li>Pay: €37,440.00-€41,184.00 per year</li>
