<p class="x_MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Out Client has an exciting opportunity for a Residential Support Worker to join a fantastic home for children and young people aged 11 – 17 with backgrounds of trauma and emotional behavioural difficulties in Northamptonshire. You will be working for an incredible local Children’s Homes provider who works across the East Midlands area.</span></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Your key responsibilities as the Residential Support Worker:</strong></span></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide a high standard of care and support to vulnerable young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and/or self-esteem issues to maximise individual potential.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate positive attitudes, patience, understanding, and respect when caring for children and young people.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain a flexible, caring, and sensitive approach to service delivery, respecting cultural, religious, and sexual diversity.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work in a professional manner and develop strong working relationships with children, young people, and external agencies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create positive relationships with children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop timetables, set boundaries, and establish clear expectations for young people.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Good knowledge around Children’s Homes regulations (2015), Children’s Homes Regulations including the quality standards</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ideally hold at least 1 years’ experience within a children’s residential homes</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hold a Full UK driving licence&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
