Childrens Residential Support Worker

About the role:

• Supporting your young person with emotional regulation, daily routines, and personal development
• Keeping detailed records and promote safeguarding at all times
• Supporting your young person with fun activities, their personal interests, education access and engagement and household responsibilities
• A commitment to working 48-hour shifts, including sleep-ins (paid), followed by a 4 day break (we are a 365 service offering structured shifts, paid bank holidays and opportunities for overtime)
