China ECM Analyst

<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for an analyst to work on our global capital markets team.&nbsp; The analyst will have responsibility for many parts of the deal process, including:</p> <ul> <li>Performing due diligence including valuation analysis for primary, secondary, and other capital market offerings</li> <li>Representing the firm at meetings with corporate management teams and sell-side syndicate desks</li> <li>Working with our global team to expand the firm's presence in new areas within capital markets</li> <li>Interacting with sell-side sales and research contacts</li> <li>Precisely communicating valuation changes and investment theses to global trading teams in time sensitive environments</li> <li>Developing and evaluating trade ideas that involve fundamental catalysts or valuation insights</li> </ul> <h3>About You</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of relevant experience analyzing securities (Investment Banking, Equity Research, Buy Side or similar), with significant experience working on capital markets transactions</li> <li>Undergraduate university degree (BS/BA equivalent) or graduate work in a quantitative field is strongly preferred</li> <li>Effective communicator</li> <li>Intellectually curious</li> <li>Familiarity with accounting, financial statement analysis and financial modeling</li> <li>Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese</li> </ul>
