We’re looking for an Experienced Loader to join our Night shift team at our Christchurch Branch. This is a full-time role within our fast-paced operations team, responsible for safely loading and unloading freight, supporting linehaul and local transport activities, and ensuring every load leaves the depot right the first time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Safely load and unload trucks, trailers and containers.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to positive and move freight.
• Check freight accuracy, condition and paperwork before dispatch.
• Assist with gear swaps and ensure freight is secured correctly.
• Work closely with linehaul, local drivers and dispatch teams.
• Maintain a tidy, safe work are and follow all H&S procedures.

About You:
You’re an experienced loader or forklift operator who takes pride in doing things right — safely, efficiently, and as part of a team. You understand that every pallet matters and that great loading keeps the whole operation running smoothly.

You’ll need:

• Proven experience in freight handling, loading, or warehousing
• A current forklift operator certificate
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safe practices
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
