Civil Construction Safety Trainer, VA

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Safety Worxs is seeking an experienced Civil Construction<strong>&nbsp;Safety Trainer</strong> to support a long-term bridge and roadway construction project in Norfolk, VA. This role requires a confident, hands-on trainer who can deliver effective classroom and field-based instruction in a fast-paced heavy civil environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in the development of job safety analysis (JSA) and site-specific safety plans.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support audits and inspections by ensuring employee training documentation is current and accessible.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>5+ years of safety training experience</strong>, preferably in construction or heavy civil environments</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">OSHA 500 Certification</span></strong></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;
