Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- 1–3 years of civil/site design experience.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D for drafting and basic design.
- Understanding of civil engineering concepts, including grading, utilities, stormwater, and site layout.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
