<p><strong>Your Responsibilities as a Civil Project Engineer:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents, with a preferred focus on municipal infrastructure projects</li>
<li>Manage and lead construction observation and project management services to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and specifications</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and quality control to ensure project deliverables meet all required specifications</li>
<li>Lead client interactions during the design, bidding, contracting, and construction phases, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with municipal staff and regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues and Division Manager to manage and support various infrastructure projects</li>
<li>Engage regularly with city councils, public works departments, and other local entities to discuss project details, provide updates, and align engineering solutions with community needs, and drive strategic initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field)</li>
<li>Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure</li>
<li>8+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on municipal engineering</li>
<li>AutoCAD required; Civil 3D preferred</li>
