About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage productivity of crews and support teams, driving efficiency in operations.
- Complete crew audits in line with contract targets.
- Attend weekly planning meetings & pre site scheduled work.
- Encourage culture of safety through regular site visits and compliance checks.
- Update WPO on progress with required detail.
- Management of Holidays/Absence.
- Review DWORKS & HA defects related to completed work.
- Ensure capture of all data required for works management software & cash recovery
Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant Qualifications in relation to the work being carried out, i.e. NRWSA at supervisory level
- Previous Water experience would be ideal
- Financial and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
