font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage and advocate for complex claims across both workers’ compensation and liability lines from initial reporting to final resolution.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic guidance to reduce claim costs and improve outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Client Consulting &amp; Risk Mitigation</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide consultative support on injury and incident management, return-to-work strategies, and liability exposure, and overall claim risk.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare and present client-facing settlement and reserve recommendations aligned with exposure analysis, jurisdictional factors, and risk-management objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Facilitate claim review meetings and prepare detailed reports that communicate claim status, trends, and recommendations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate closely with the account service team to ensure coordinated client strategy, consistent communication, and effective execution of claims initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of claims experience across workers’ compensation and liability lines (GL, Auto, etc.), with a background in brokerage, TPA, or carrier environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
